Project Introduction
Demographic segmentation allows businesses to direct their marketing strategies more effectively by grouping customers by demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and region. Within the scope of this project, we will perform demographic segmentation by analyzing customer data and provide important insights to businesses with the findings we obtain.
Datasets
The data sets we will use in this project consist of four main categories:
Customers:
Contains unique customer information.
Columns: CustomerID, Age, Gender, Region.
Orders:
Contains customers' shopping information.
Columns: OrderID, CustomerID, PurchaseDate, PurchaseAmount.
OrderDetails:
Contains shopping details.
Columns: OrderID, ProductCategory, CustomerType.
CustomerAcquisition:
It contains information from which channel customers come.
Columns: CustomerID, AcquisitionChannel, AcquisitionDate.
